Emirates Airlines started its operations on 25th October 1985. First emirates flight flown from Dubai. Emirates has started the airlines by hiring only two aircrafts one is Boeing 737 and other one is Airbus 300 B4. Emirates not only flies in Dubai domestic sectors but also serves many popular international destinations. And since Emirates has started their operations in 1985, the company has reported more than 5 billion dollars net profit on financial year end of 2008. This reftected more than 30% growth over a year.
