Jet
Konnect Airline |
Jet
Konnect airlines became operational in the
year 2009 under the flag of Jet Airways. The main objective
of launching Jet Airways Konnect was
to start offering the same flights at lowest airfare
so that Jet Airways can increase the
occupancy of its aircrafts been flying in the sky with
lower occupancy. Jet Konnect Airlines
without doubting has done well in order to increase
the air traffic to jet airways flights
thru its low cost flights. Jet Airways has also announced
to start some International flights under the flagship
of Jet Konnect Airline with lowest
fares. Jet Konnect Airlines, hence becoming the most
demanding low cost sector airline of India. Jet
Konnect is also considering these days as country's
second largest low cost airline. JetKonnect is planning
to change its most popular metro flights by its low
cost airline, Jet Connect, a no-frill Airline.
Jet Airways is also planning to replace most of the
popular full-fare flights with Jet Konnect
low cost segment. This is all because of increasing
demand on low cost flights for domestic travel in India
instead of premier and business class domestic travel.
Jet Airways Konnect no frill airlines
is currently operating more than 130 flights in India
with around 10 fleets. After launching the Jet
Konnect Airlines, Jet Konnect has found around
20% access flights load on Jetkonnect, however, the
value per booking has become lesser around 10%. Soon
you will find the Jet Konnect flight running on Delhi

There is around 30% difference in Jet
Airways Konnect and JetAirways airfares
on same routes, which is also a reason why passengers
are attracting more towards low cost carrier airlines
in India. With the help of two airlines, JetAirways
and Konnect JetAirways won to achieve approx.
25% of increase in the market share in comparison
to the approximate market share during the same
month last year. Air India, Indian Airlines are
also trying to launch their own low cost carrier
airlines in India after a great success of Jet
Konnect Airlines in India, similarly Kingfisher
airlines is also focusing on moving most of the
domestic sectors on Kingfisher Red airlines, its
low cost carrier under the flagship of Kingfisher
Airlines. Since, recession is around, most of
the corporate companies have decreased their travel
budget resulting corporate travel focus increase
on low cost, economy class budget airlines like
Jet Konnect, Air Deccan which is now Kingfisher
Red, Go Air, Indigo Airlines etc. |
